Caitlin graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, Georgia. After graduating, she worked for a high-end residential design firm in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and then relocated back to Boston to be close to family.

Boston is home not only to higher education and biotechnology but also well-known globally for its world-class medical centers. Her family played a significant role in helping Caitlin launch her career in the medical design sector.

She worked directly for two local hospitals: Neighborhealth, located in East Boston, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Brookline. There, she learned complex space planning & design, project management, and hard and soft people skills by working within sensitive healthcare projects.

Her attention turned to a more creative path, where she started her own business. Here, she can call the shots and be more involved with the creative process, as well as how her processes evolve.
